Public Computer Option

Users can now choose to “Remember Computer” when logging in

    • If the computer is a public computer, the system will clear all cookies on logout.
      [They would not see the “Welcome Back” message]

 

Terms of Service Updates

DPP Terms of Service

  • If a property is registered in error, the funds will be credited to the USER’s suspense account pending USER’s instructions for the application of the funds. Funds will be held in USER’s suspense account for thirty (30) calendar days before processing the funds for an automatic refund. The thirty (30) day holding period shall commence the first day the funds are credited to the USER’s suspense account. Upon request or within thirty (30) days, PROCHAMPS shall automatically refund all funds held in suspense for more than thirty (30) days, minus a ten percent (10%) processing fee.

RP Initiated Registration Terms of Service

  • Per the Terms of Service that you have previously accepted, please confirm that you understand the governing Ordinance for [COMMUNITY]. If a remitted check payment is insufficient, excessive, duplicate, or erroneous in any way, it will be credited to the USER’s suspense account pending USER’s instructions for the application of the funds. Funds will be held in USER’s suspense account for thirty (30) calendar days before processing the funds for an automatic refund. The thirty (30) day holding period shall commence the first day the funds are credited to the USER’s suspense account. Upon request or within thirty (30) days, PROCHAMPS shall automatically refund all funds held in suspense for more than thirty (30) days, minus a ten percent (10%) processing fee.

 

Search Updates

  • Users are now able to search by a PROID on the Property Search Page.

 

Non-Compliant Registration Indication

  • The 3.0 view of a property registration has been enhanced to display the specific missing information on a property registration.

Pennsauken Exemption Submittal

  • When requesting an exemption, the user must select the exemption reason in order to submit.

 

Searching a Community by entering a Property Address [Bug Fix]

  • The address entered will now populate in your search results after you select an intent (Register, Verify, etc.)

Violations

  • All violations entered as will require an occupancy status to be selected.

Printing Contacts in 2.0 [Foreclosure] Registration

  • The contacts page has been fixed to display the contacts in a printable PDF. (Would previously show a login screen)

Ability to waive fees

  • All fees (except for Registration Fee) can now be marked as “waived” by a GOV User. To mark a fee as waived, simply follow these few steps:

    1. From the Property Detail Page, click on the “Registrations” Tab
    2. From the “Registrations” tab, select the registration you would like to view
    3. Scroll down to the “Payment” section
    4. Select the fees you would like to mark as waived
    5. Click “Waive Payment” – This will populate a box to appear which will ask you for the reasoning for waiving the fee (this is a required field)
       
  • The reason for waiving the fee will appear to all users on hover of the fee.

 

Inspections

Inspections will now be created at the unit level. This will make the inspections list easier to follow and navigate through.
